After we got home, I purchased a number of things to finish the projects that are
literally hanging around my house. I have flimsies hanging on the railing to my upstairs, in line for quilting.
Two will be backings for the Ribbon Rings Quilts, and one for the nine-patch.

Congratulations. Just organizing the backing will get things going. I have yet to buy fabric for my grandson's quilt and I think it is getting weary of sitting at the end of the sofa watching me do other things.
Do you buy extra wide fabric for your backings? I always lose interest once the piecing is done and dusted. Maybe seeing yours will give me a kick up the b..m to finish off a few quilt tops myself. I did a bit of fabric buying yesterday for a mini quilt challenge. I'll reveal all in my next post!
